Job duties:

• Perform assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
• Lead and support production activities, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Analyze production data, test results, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Conduct root cause investigations, failure analysis, and resolve technical issues across production lines.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, process validations, and qualification builds.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior technicians while supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Job requirements:

• Nitec, Diploma, or Technical Certificate qualification with relevant hands-on manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical, electrical, and mechanical systems, including diagnostics and testing.
• Proven troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to implement corrective actions.
