Job Responsibilities:

• Support the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Review all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Work closely with consultant on the scope of services, design and project deliverables toenhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
• Manages design approval process and coordination with the clients, consultants andsubcontractors in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensure strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties
• Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and/or subcontractors and obtains approval in the Project works.
• Raises queries to Client or handles Cleint's clarification on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works.
• Identifies and highlight to management and project team of any potential risks or issues thatwill impact project performance.
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM, etc) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome.
• Support tender team and prepare technical tender documents as per specifications forbidding of civil and structural engineering projects as when assigned.
• Attends Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings etc.

Requirements:

• PE Board Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min 5 year of design management experience with at least 3 years of design experience with D&B main contractor or consultancy firm
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organization and time management skills.
