Role:

• Analyse complex business, operational, and data requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and functional specifications.
• Drive requirement discovery workshops with business, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
• Support API integration initiatives across CRM, sales, onboarding, and downstream trading ecosystems.
• Define scalable API integration patterns, interface contracts, payload structures, and transformation rules.
• Work with middleware and integration teams on REST APIs, messaging frameworks, and event driven integration models.
• Work closely with enterprise architects and engineering teams to define target state architecture and integration patterns.
• Support solution design for CRM, Sales, Client Lifecycle Management, and relationship management platforms.
• Design and enhance client, counterparty, partner, and relationship data models supporting Sales and Trading business processes.
• Develop deep understanding of hierarchical business relationships, ownership structures, partner mappings, and entity relationships.
• Ensure all solutions comply with internal governance, regulatory standards, and risk management frameworks.
• Support audit, compliance, and operational risk reviews relating to client and relationship data management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT as a Technical analyst, System Analyst.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar relevant education background
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to event driven architecture, middleware, or messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or enterprise banking CRM systems.
• Understanding of Sales and Trading workflows and client onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, equities, derivatives, fixed income, bond, structured products, OTC, F&O.
• Knowledge of integration of trading systems with core banking platforms i.e. T24.
• Hands on experience with CRM platforms, client lifecycle management systems, or Sales platforms.
• Strong understanding of client, counterparty, and partner relationship data models.
• Experience designing and documenting APIs and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, data lineage, and data governance concepts.
• Experience working within Agile and enterprise transformation environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solution designs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
