Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultations to assess patient health conditions.
• Develop and administer personalized treatment plans, including acupuncture, tuina, cupping, and other indicated TCM modalities.
• Prescribe herbal medications with precision and provide clear, detailed instructions on their administration and potential effects.
• Address patient inquiries regarding their prescribed medications, treatment progress, and general TCM-related questions with empathy and expertise.
• Embrace continuous learning and proactively recommend innovative, technology-enabled therapies to optimize patient health and well-being.
• Perform Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) to support patients in enhancing their overall health and promoting wellness.
• Lead, mentor and supervise junior physicians and interns, fostering their professional development and monitoring their progress.
• Lead internal training sessions, sharing knowledge and expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement of the clinical team.
• Represent the Company by attending and actively participating in corporate webinars and seminars.
• Undertake any medical-related duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer to support the clinic's objectives.

Job Requirements

• Registered Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board of Singapore (TCMPB) .
• Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or any related disciplines with recognized post graduate qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese - to provide and advise appropriate medical treatment to our English and Chinese speaking clients.
• Minimum 10 years of TCM experience
