Job Title: Senior System Analyst (Contract, Banking sector, up to $8000)

Location: CBD area

Job Description:

• Perform detailed business requirement analysis within banking and compliance-driven environments.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ECMS implementations.
• Design and document end-to-end business process workflows.
• Translate AML and compliance requirements into system functional specifications.
• Prepare and review SDM (System Development Methodology) documentation.
• Develop Data Conversion Specifications for legacy-to-new system transitions.
• Support regulatory and compliance-driven enhancements.
• Work closely with AML, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Facilitate UAT support and functional validation.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulatory standards and governance frameworks.

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a System Analyst within Banking / Financial Services.
• Experience working with Singapore-based banks.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting systems.
• Experience supporting large-scale system transformation programs
• Strong experience in Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS).
• Hands-on exposure to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
• Deep understanding of banking compliance frameworks.
• Strong business process modelling and workflow documentation skills.
• Experience preparing SDM documentation.
• Experience writing Data Conversion Specifications.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
