Job Description

As a Senior Supply Chain Executive, you will manage day-to-day supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. The role covers inventory management, procurement support, logistics coordination, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a team and overseeing the daily Supply Chain and store operations to support manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Work closely on material planning activities to support production scheduling and ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
• Support supplier management activities, including participation in monthly supplier scorecard reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Support and drive supplier quality issue resolution and develop alternative sourcing options when required.
• Review month-end inventory reports submitted to Finance following stock consolidation.
• Review and authorise system-generated purchase requests prior to final approval.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the store to meet safety and security requirements.
• Oversee year-end inventory stock-taking and participate in external surveillance audits.
• Allocate and manage manpower resources based on operational needs.

What You Must Have

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management or other educational attainment in related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong communications skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or other resource planning platforms.
• Experience working with international suppliers and managing global logistics.
• Good understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
