Responsibilities:

• Assist Construction Manager of overall planning functions, including project schedulesand progress tracking.
• Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues andimplementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Maintain and update all project schedules regularly, collecting actual data such asprogress status and manpower allocation.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks or challenges and developcontingency plans to mitigate them.
• Resolve discrepancies and coordinate site-related technical problems encountered.
• Required to have good technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction specifically on Piling works and RC Structural works
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Construction Manager/ General Manager/ ProjectDirector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification / Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the SO.
• At least 4 years’ experience in planning, coordinating and managing construction works / teams for Mixed Development Projects
• Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in HDB BTO Projects.
