1. Senior Service Engineer (Generator)

• Commissioning of system at customer site and assistance on factory test for special projects.

• Investigates root causes of engine failures and recommend solution.

• After sales technical support and site service & training to distributors and dealers. 

• Maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures & ensure optimal performance.

• Create detailed service reports, logs, and other documentation related to field service activities.

• To understand of company products, services, and related technologies.

• Guidance and training to junior field service engineers and other technical personnel.

• Communicate with customers/stakeholders and evaluate their technical capability.

• Drive process improvement and contribute to the development of better service procedures.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical with 5 years of relevant experience.

• Knowlege in power generation products and able to travel within APAC region.
