Job Summary

Experienced infrastructure engineer (10+ years) responsible for managing Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and backup environments in a large enterprise setup. Focus on high availability, performance, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Windows Server components including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects to ensure secure and efficient domain services
• Administer VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms to optimize resource utilization and maintain system stability
• Provision and monitor SAN and NAS storage systems to maintain performance and capacity aligned with enterprise needs
• Manage backup and recovery operations using Veritas and Veeam tools to ensure data protection and business continuity
• Monitor infrastructure systems continuously to maintain high availability and optimal performance levels
• Perform Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting and incident resolution to minimize downtime and restore services promptly
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to support operational consistency
• Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, network, and security teams to align system configurations and resolve cross-functional issues
