Our client is a Singapore-based engineering company specializing in critical power protection solutions, electrical engineering, and infrastructure services. They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth, lead the sales team, and expand market presence for critical power solutions.

Duties of Senior Sales Manager:

• Lead the sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth for critical power and power protection solutions.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and tender submissions while participating in technical and commercial clarifications.
• Conduct technical presentations and solution discussions to support customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate forecasts, and update customer opportunities within the CRM system.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve business objectives and strengthen market presence.
• Stay informed of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven B2B sales experience in critical power, UPS, DRUPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure, or related engineering solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team, with a strong track record in project or solution-based sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with willingness to travel within Southeast Asia when required.
