Join our Priority Banking – Offshore team as a Relationship Manager and shape the financial future of our high-net-worth clients.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with at least 3 years of relationship management experience. Your expertise will be crucial in deepening client relationships by providing insightful market updates and trend analysis. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive financial needs analysis and client profiling to identify investment objectives and risk appetite.
- Manage and expand offshore high‑net‑worth client portfolios through proactive relationship management and advisory engagement.
- Provide regular market updates, portfolio reviews, and insights across local and international wealth products, with a focus on Malaysia‑linked markets.
- Recommend suitable banking, investment, and wealth management solutions aligned to clients’ financial goals.
- Work closely with team managers to develop and execute monthly sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Support client acquisition initiatives through marketing campaigns, events, and referral activities.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, priority banking, private banking, or wealth management within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products, banking processes, and advisory‑led sales models.
- Experience or exposure to offshore banking markets is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to manage high‑net‑worth client relationships and achieve sales or revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, client‑centric approach.
- Degree from a recognised institution.
