What You'll be Doing

• Developing and managing your own client portfolio through proactive business development — calls, meetings, pitches, and building long-term relationships.
• Taking ownership of the full recruitment cycle from job brief to placement — no hand-offs, no silos.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates through multiple channels including direct search, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Consulting with clients as a trusted talent partner — advising on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategy.
• Managing multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping the ball on candidate or client experience.
• Contributing to the firm's growth story — your input on process, culture, and direction will genuinely matter here.

What We are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a 360° recruitment role
• A proven track record of winning and retaining clients
• Strong end-to-end candidate management skills, with a consultative rather than transactional approach.
• Self-motivated and commercially driven
• Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving environment where you help shape the way things are done.
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills across both client and candidate conversations.
