• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Strong experience designing scalable frontend architectures and optimizing application performance
• Hands-on experience with micro-frontends (Module Federation or similar) in production
• Proven track record of defining engineering standards and building shared SDKs/libraries used across multiple teams
• Experience developing multi-region and multi-channel applications
• Strong knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Rspack, and Rsbuild

Preferred

• Native/hybrid app experience (iOS/Android WebView, native bridge patterns)
• Exposure to frontend observability/instrumentation (performance monitoring, error tracking)
• Security awareness relevant to enterprise/banking frontends (CSP, cross-origin script loading)
