Job Summary

Support tendering and project costing processes by preparing detailed submissions, managing supplier contracts, and monitoring project cash flow to ensure accurate financial control and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender requirements and recommend cost strategies to management for competitive bidding
• Perform quantity take-offs and source suppliers and subcontractors to support tender preparation
• Prepare comprehensive tender submissions and PQM documents to meet client specifications
• Compile pre- and post-tender questionnaires and prepare materials for tender interviews
• Develop progress claims and monthly cash flow reports to track project financial status
• Calculate Variation Order pricing and prepare related documentation as required
• Draft and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance and clarity
• Verify and validate supplier and subcontractor claims to maintain accurate project costs
• Prepare final accounts for completed projects to ensure proper financial closure
• Maintain a positive, independent work approach to support project and team success
