Job Descriptions

· Administer, review and manage main contracts, subcontracts and consultancy agreements in accordance with authority requirements and contract conditions.

· Prepare, evaluate and negotiate cost estimates, Variation Orders (VOs), claims, EOTs and final accounts for both underground and viaduct work.

· Monitor and control project budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.

· Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.

· Ensure full compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, safety standards and company policies.

· Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial and financial performance.

· Maintain complete and accurate contract records, correspondence, variation registers and change management documentation.

· Oversee tender documents, manage contracts/sub-contracts, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and construction law.

· Lead tender submissions and procurement processes.

· Mentor the other QS in the department.
