Job Description

• Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements for projects by reviewing tender and construction drawings.
• Procure Performance Bonds, Advance Payment Bonds, and handle bond extensions and/or cancellations.
• Perform as-built drawing re-measurements, contract administration, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, and final account preparation.
• Prepare purchase orders for subcontractor awards, including evaluation, comparison, and recommendation of quotations.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients.
• Evaluate and prepare progress payments for subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Prepare final accounts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Prepare cash flow projections and forecast reports.
• Liaise with clients and consultants' Quantity Surveyors.
• Maintain records and manage the tracking of all variation orders.
• Maintain close liaison with project staff, especially the Project Manager and Senior Management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
