Roles & Responsibilities

⭐ Prepare cost estimates and assist in quantity take-offs.

⭐ Monitor and record site progress and day work records.

⭐ Check manpower allocation and productivity.

⭐ Prepare comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

⭐ Handle contractual claims, variation orders (VO), and related contractual matters.

⭐ Compute variation values and prepare interim or final accounts.

Requirements

💠 Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

💠 Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

💠 Good mathematical and calculation skills.

💠 Able to work independently and as part of a team.
