Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: $3000 - $4800 (Depends on exp)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Work Location: Bukit Merah Town Centre
Requirements:
- With more than 2 years of relevant working experience in a consultancy firm .
- Proficient in QS application and software.
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of projects
- Feasibility studies & early cost advice.
- Preparation of cost estimate & cost plan
- Value management & cost management
- Advice and management of the overall procurement process
- Preparation of tender & contract documentation
- Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting
- Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done
- Valuation of progress payment claim, variation and final account
- Attendance to project & site meeting
