• Position Title: Senior Project Manager (Renovation / Interior Fit-Out)
• Working Location: Mandai Estate
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday - Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage projects to ensure completion within agreed timelines, budget, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify key activities to keep work on track and meet targets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external parties such as consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, contract requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track overall progress.
• Manage project changes in scope, schedule, and cost using proper evaluation and approval processes.
• Identify and manage project risks to reduce potential issues.
• Prepare and maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
• Oversee site matters including safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular updates to Management and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience managing renovation or construction projects.
• Proven experience handling multiple projects within tight timelines.
• Good technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination skills, with the ability to lead project teams.
• Proficient in project management software and related tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to adapt to changes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
