Key tasks:

The below are key tasks required of the position holder but is not limited to：

1) Coordination works with all necessary parties and biz functions required for the execution of secured projects to complete it in a timely and organized fashion

2) Independently plan, schedule, coordinate, manage and monitor fieldwork operations activities and ensure proper installation is being done adhering to safety and compliance.

3) Involved in technical drawings resolution and drafting that includes field inspection and make recommendations,

4) Produce method of statements, procedures and all other documents needed for site work,

5) Attend customer meetings, prepare scope of work to best serve clients’ needs by maintaining effective communication with supporting their present and future requirements,

6) Liaise with 3rd party contractors on project execution and implementation matters,

7) Shipments planning and coordination between production, vendors, and logistics warehouse to ensure customer deliveries are met,

8) Ensures all key milestones are met within the schedule and budget,

9) Prepare or generate reports as required to document the progress of ongoing activities

Requirements:

Education

Diploma or Degree in engineering, preferably electrical trained.

Knowledge/Experience/Others

• minimum 2-5 years of experience in SME environment with exposure to mechanical and electrical site works
• Commitment to meeting tight deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
• PC literate (Microsoft words, excel and power point)
• Pro-active, analytical, meticulous, highly organized and have a resolute drive to make things work
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision
• Proficient in a second language either, Chinese, Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia
