About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Senior Physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports rehabilitation to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a senior therapist who takes pride in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and is motivated to guide patients through both injury recovery and post-operative rehabilitation.

You will manage a diverse caseload of MSK and sports injury patients while contributing to a strong culture of clinical excellence and patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions
Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes, including post-operative protocols
Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and return-to-sport strategies

Professional Standards

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Adhere to clinic protocols, safety standards, and professional ethical guidelines
Participate in regular case discussions and clinical reviews

Team Contribution

Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, doctors, and allied health professionals
Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment
Mentor junior therapists where appropriate and share clinical knowledge

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in MSK and/or sports physiotherapy
Strong interest and experience in post-operative rehabilitation
Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
AHPC Registered
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Confident in exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques. Dry needling qualification is welcomed
Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering high standards of care
