Job Description

Senior Patient Services Executive

Edge Healthcare Physiotherapy & Osteopathy
Orchard | CBD | Tanglin

Edge Healthcare is an established, multi-disciplinary healthcare group operating three premium clinic locations in Singapore.

We integrate Physiotherapy and Osteopathy within structured, evidence-based systems, delivering high-level care to infants, families, professionals and elite athletes.

We are seeking a Senior Patient Services Executive to take on a leadership role within our front-of-house operations, protecting and elevating the patient experience and operational standards that define our organisation.

This is not simply a reception position.
It is a role of leadership, accountability and operational ownership.

Our Purpose

We exist to serve and care for our community — from infants to elders and from elite athletes to those simply wanting to move and live well.

We listen with compassion and solve complex health challenges through high-level, evidence-based care that is engaging, human and grounded in real life.

So people can live safely and confidently, perform at their best and have greater choice, as we walk alongside them toward new possibilities at every stage of life.

The Role

As a Senior Patient Services Executive, you will act as a key operational leader within the clinic, supporting both the front desk team and the wider clinical team.

You are responsible not only for delivering a high standard of patient experience, but for ensuring consistency, guiding team members and maintaining control of daily operations.

Patient Experience Leadership

Set and uphold the standard for patient experience across the clinic.
Handle complex or sensitive patient situations with professionalism and confidence.
Ensure every patient interaction reflects consistency, warmth and attention to detail.

Team Support & Leadership

Provide guidance and day-to-day support to front desk team members.
Support onboarding and training of new staff.
Step in to lead the front desk function during busy periods or when required.
Reinforce accountability, professionalism and team standards.

Operational Oversight

Oversee practitioner diaries to ensure efficiency, utilisation and patient flow.
Maintain control of clinic operations including scheduling, coordination and workflow.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies and proactively improve processes.

Systems & Administrative Accuracy

Ensure high standards of accuracy across bookings, documentation and patient records.
Maintain strong control over clinic systems and ensure team adherence to processes.

Financial Responsibility

Oversee daily financial processes, including payments, reconciliation and accountability.
Support the team in managing high-value transactions and insurance-related cases.

Clinic Operations & Environment

Ensure the clinic is consistently well-prepared, organised and operating to standard.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, stock management and operational readiness.
Maintain a professional, clean and structured clinical environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are composed, reliable and confident taking ownership in a leadership capacity.

You should demonstrate:

• Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare, hospitality or service environments
• Proven ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities independently
• Confidence supporting or guiding team members
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and spoken English
• Confidence using systems and managing operational processes
• Professional presentation and conduct

What Sets You Apart

• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role
• Ability to anticipate problems and take initiative
• Strong sense of accountability and pride in your work

Why Join Edge Healthcare

• Be part of a structured and growing healthcare organisation
• Take on a role with real responsibility and leadership exposure
• Opportunity to progress into clinic operations or management roles
• Work within a professional, supportive and high-performing team

We are building a long-term team of individuals who take pride in their work and understand that excellence is built through consistency and leadership.

If you are ready to step into a more senior role and contribute meaningfully to both team and clinic performance, we welcome your application.
