• Review enquiries and contract tenders.
• Distribute relevant ITT sections to internal departments for input.
• Coordinate with tender pursuit teams to define responsibilities, inputs, and submission timelines.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review bid information and clarify responses from internal departments.
• Prepare and compile quotations and proposals in line with ITT requirements.
• Gather supporting documents from internal systems and shared drives.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients during bid and clarification phases.
• Coordinate and submit bid clarification responses on time.
• Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Logistics Management
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working hours: 8am to 5.15pm
