Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, and value-added services) ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and SOP standards.
• Drive operational performance to achieve SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and cost targets.
• Act as the main point of contact for key customers, managing relationships, service delivery, and escalations.
• Lead, coach, and develop multi-level teams while fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
• Oversee KPIs, budgets, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains.
• Champion process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale warehouse operations and key customer accounts.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, KPIs, and process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated experience in driving automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strategic, results-driven, and hands-on approach in fast-paced environments.
