Job Summary

Support financial planning and analysis by preparing variance reports, coordinating budgeting and long-term plans, and coaching junior staff to enhance finance team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic variance analyses with business leaders by establishing key metrics, generating reports, and conducting ad-hoc reviews to support decision-making
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze and substantiate variances between actual results, rolling forecasts, and budgets to ensure financial accuracy
• Coordinate the budget and 5-year planning processes with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of financial plans aligned with organizational goals
• Coach and train junior officers by providing technical guidance on complex finance matters to build team competency and effectiveness
• Perform additional duties as assigned by line management to support finance operations and organizational objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial data handling and presentations
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is an advantage
