Job Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in new hospital setup and commissioning, including nursing workflows, policies, staffing plans, and infection control systems. 
• Provide strategic and inspirational leadership to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development of nursing personnel.
• Ensure high standards of clinical care through implementation of evidence-based protocols, patient safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care coordination and clinical outcomes.
• Oversee staffing models, schedules, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective nursing operations.
• Lead nursing quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical indicators, and enhance patient experience and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver orientation, training, and continuing education programs for nursing staff.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in developing hospital workflow processes and nursing management protocols in a large hospital setting
• Registered with SNB
• Education qualification in Nursing or equivalent
