Location: Singapore

Hours: Full-time, 5.5 days per week

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated senior nurse who will be responsible for the health and wellness of individual patients by carrying out appropriate physical and functional assessments and diagnosis of their health and support the doctor and the clinical team with the relevant interventions to maintain or improve healthspan for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals such as physicians, health coaches, dietitian, psychologist as part of a multi-disciplinary team to jointly care for patients and initiate preventive nursing procedures.
• Conduct and supervise physical and functional assessments of all new and follow up patients, including taking blood and other lab samples, operating testing equipment and putting wearables on the patient, under the physician’s supervision.
• Conduct Stress ECG test under the supervision of the physician.
• Track and monitor patients’ health results and outcomes, utilize the information to prepare and update clinical documentations.
• Prepare and administer medications to patients, comply with safe medication practices.
• To manage reception and attend to patients from registration to payment process.
• Work with the management to conduct quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Deal with any emergency that arises and ensures prompt actions to mitigate the Chi Longevity is at the forefront of innovation in Healthy Longevity Medicine.
• Work with the medical team to ensure proper records are kept for clinic compliance in accordance with prevailing regulations.
• Develop care plans and recommend revision of existing care plans as necessary, ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the plans.
• Plan, develop and conduct educational programmes and materials including public talks.
• Participate in health screening and community outreach programmes.
• Comply with MOH & SNB standards of nursing practices.
• Handle other assignments required by the Management team from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess a relevant degree in Nursing from a recognised and reputable institution of higher learning, is actively registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, and possess at least 5 years of relevant practice experience.
• Experience caring for high-profile, executive, VIP, or premium clientele is highly desirable.
• Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to engage confidently and discreetly with discerning clients while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Work experience conducting a Stress ECG test and having an ACLS certification or willingness to attend a short course preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
• Demonstrates a polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor, with excellent personal presentation and grooming standards appropriate for a premium healthcare environment.

Preferable:

• Knowledge in health screening, healthy ageing, geroscience, health and lifespan extension in middle aged healthy individuals preferred.
• Additional post graduate qualifications in Nursing, phlebotomy certification would be highly advantageous.
• Having a command of other languages such as Mandarin or other Asian languages would be advantageous, as the role may involve communicating with clients of diverse linguistic backgrounds.
