Job Description & Requirements

Our client is a leading global multinational with a significant regional technology footprint in Singapore. They are currently seeking a .NET / Azsure Senior Developer to spearhead the delivery of a large-scale, complex .NET implementation project across the region.

• Collaborate with System Analysts to understand and analyze user, business, and system functional requirements, translating them into clear delivery objectives.
• Perform risk assessments to evaluate current vs. future-state processes, identifying technical constraints and limitations in proposed solutions.
• Design robust technical solutions aligned with the Functional Specification Document.
• Develop and implement solutions based on Technical Specifications, including thorough unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews for junior developers and external vendors to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Prepare and review documentation related to system releases and deployments.
• Support system testing activities, ensuring timely resolution of reported issues.
• Assist in integration testing and user acceptance testing phases.
• Provide incident support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including root cause analysis.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Escalate challenges and unresolved issues promptly to the Team Lead or Team Head.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies, with strong proficiency in C#.NET
• Must have min 3 years of experience working with Azure .net technologies
• Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining cloud-native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Functions, Azure messaging services, and related compute resources.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• High level of accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivery excellence.
