• Position Title: Senior Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 830am – 530pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out strategic marketing plans to attract and keep customers.
• Manage the marketing budget, coordinate campaigns with sales, and report on key performance indicators and return on investment.
• Set budgets and targets and create pricing strategies for products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Monitor and report on the success of marketing efforts across various channels, including content creation, social media, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to offer competitive products and services.
• Create engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert our target audience.
• Support product development and licensing and provide feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Collaborate with sales to analyze sales forecasts and achievements.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, or Business.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the Home Appliance Industry.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
