Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vessel compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and international maritime regulations
• Support shipboard staff in safety, navigation, and operational matters
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Liaise with Masters, port authorities, class societies, and internal departments
• Monitor vessel performance and assist in emergency response coordination

Requirements:

• Master Mariner (CoC Class 1) or Chief Officer with relevant shore-based experience
• Strong understanding of safety management systems and maritime legislation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous superintendent experience preferred
