Responsibilities 

• Conduct detailed valuations of businesses, intangible assets, financial instruments, and other entities using various approaches 

• Performing in-depth client, industry, market and competitor research 

• Collaborate with audit teams to provide valuation insights and support for audit procedures. 

• Assist in the evaluation of fair value measurements for financial statement disclosures. 

• Address audit inquiries and provide documentation that supports valuation methodologies and assumptions. 

• Communication with clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service 

• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on valuation techniques and professional development. 

Requirements 

• Ideally a degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics 

• Professional certification (e.g., CVA, CFA) strongly preferred. 

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, or related field, ideally within a Big 4 or reputable valuation firm 

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint 

• Excellent written/ verbal communication and collaboration skills 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail 

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment with all levels of personnel
