Job Summary

Provide financial insights and partner with business units to drive growth through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis in a dynamic real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market and business insights to support financial modelling for business proposals and decision-making
• Analyze monthly financial results and business drivers to explain variances against budget and forecasts
• Manage the annual budgeting process, incorporating economic indicators and market trends to prepare accurate forecasts
• Collaborate with business units to develop strategies and recommendations that enhance growth and profitability
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results to support business reporting requirements
• Act as a business partner to managers by managing sales and cost performance effectively
• Support the establishment and monitoring of KPIs for business units, regions, divisions, and key initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• CPA or relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 3 years in external audit

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
