Join a dynamic Event Programming & Management team to drive and deliver high-quality events to the community. You will execute event strategies, activate partnerships, and curate programmes that optimise venue utilization while supporting the organization's vision as an inclusive and vibrant lifestyle destination.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute event strategies to drive venue utilization and revenue growth
• Identify and secure event opportunities across government, corporate, and community sectors
• Deliver impactful and engaging events aligned with organizational objectives

Commercial & Contract Management

• Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization
• Structure venue hire, sponsorship, and revenue-sharing arrangements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and financial governance

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, community groups, sponsors, and vendors
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth event delivery
• Support partnership activations and joint initiatives

Community Engagement & Programming

• Plan and execute community-focused programmers to drive participation and engagement
• Curate a diverse calendar of events for the community
• Gather feedback and insights to improve future programming
