Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Logistics section to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Verify reports, expense invoices, and shipping arrangements for accuracy

Conduct random audits on stock and inventory records

Ensure timely follow-up on all external correspondences

Support and optimize production planning processes

Collect, analyze, and share sales and stock data internally

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues related to sales, production, and raw materials

Manage customer relationships and respond to all inquiries promptly

Handle and resolve issues related to sales, stock, and deliveries

Monitor and control logistics expenditures

Review vendor pricing and quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness

Drive participation in company improvement initiatives

Lead, guide, and coach team members to achieve performance targets

Monitor employee performance and support their development

Conduct regular check-ins, provide feedback, and address development needs

Organize engagement activities to maintain team morale and growth

Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration

• with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience

• International trading and supply chain management

• Experience in using ERP systems
