Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage trusted relationships with key enterprise customers specifically within the Maritime, Shipping, and Transport vertical at the group level to drive long-term business growth, including port operators, shipping lines, and logistics conglomerates.
- Solution Innovation: Identify complex operational pain points (e.g., vessel connectivity, port automation, real-time cargo tracking) and support the development of innovative ICT solutions and business models tailored to the maritime environment.
- Cross-Domain ICT Execution: Drive key sales initiatives across ICT domains (Wireless, Fixed Network, IT, Cloud) specifically packaged as industry solutions for the supply chain.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with internal HQ and overseas remote teams to ensure effective, high-quality project delivery across different time zones and regulatory jurisdictions.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans aligned with the global business strategy, factoring in geopolitical risks and trade route shifts affecting the maritime industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with C-suite executives, authorities, and associations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
- To collaborate and communicate directly with Singapore-based regulatory bodies and local stakeholders, as well as to support collaboration with Chinese-speaking global decision-makers, domestic manufacturing partners, and regional headquarters counterparts based in China
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant B2B sales experience, with at least 3-5 years of that experience explicitly within the Maritime, Shipping, or Transport Logistics industry.
- Industry Specialization: Demonstrated strategic account management involvement specifically within the maritime ecosystem.
- Possess the ability to adjust pricing models and project scopes to fit both local markets possible global expansion initiatives.
- Solid financial awareness, with the ability to assess the cost and revenue implications of different actions.
- Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales involving cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution skills required for high-stakes commercial arbitration.
- This role requires proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Singapore-based regulatory bodies and local stakeholders, as well as to support collaboration with Chinese-speaking global decision-makers, domestic manufacturing partners, and regional headquarters counterparts based in China
