Job Title: Senior IT Project Governance Lead (Public Sector / Regulated Environment) – 12 Months Contract

Job Description: We are looking for a highly specialized IT Project Governance Lead to manage large-scale enterprise application portfolios within a regulated environment. This role requires deep expertise in project governance, audit compliance, vendor management, and production support oversight across multiple mission-critical systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring SLA adherence, managing complex stakeholder landscapes, and driving governance frameworks aligned with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance and oversight of large-scale enterprise application portfolios (15+ applications)
• Manage SLA compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting
• Oversee multi-vendor delivery teams across onshore/offshore models
• Drive incident management, escalation handling, and service improvement initiatives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and participate in steering committee discussions
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and government/regulatory standards

Requirements (Strict Criteria):

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 15+ years of experience in IT project governance and delivery
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Singapore public sector or regulated environments
• Proven experience managing multi-application support portfolios and large vendor teams
• Hands-on experience with ITIL-based service management and audit/compliance frameworks
• Certifications: PMP and ITIL (mandatory)
• Experience in tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA (mandatory)
