• Assisting team leader in his/her duties;
• Concept proposal, using sketch up, 3d rendering or traditional drawings methods;
• Design development;
• Conceptualizing and preparing tender detailing;
• Coordinating with the project team for the actualization of design intent and concept;
• Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports;
• Motivating

Job Requirements

• A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design
• Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Sketch-up, 3D max, Revit and Powerpoint
• Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• At least 9 years of experience (local or overseas)
  Strong portfolio
• A proactive and conscientious team player
