• Lead a cluster-wide recruitment function within a talent acquisition and workforce development team, overseeing strategic workforce planning initiatives.

• Partner closely with clinical leaders and institutional HR teams to deliver innovative staffing solutions and ensure a sustainable pipeline of nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals across multiple healthcare institutions.

• Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy to position the organisation as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.

• Design and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualise and pilot creative recruitment initiatives, expanding and diversifying talent sourcing channels.

• Provide regular recruitment analytics, insights, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

  Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience; prior experience in healthcare talent acquisition will be a strong advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and influence across organisations.

• Independent, resourceful, and collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
