JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management for various business functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking and referral channels
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and organisational fit
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication and recruitment process tracking
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and prepare reports to improve hiring effectiveness
• Support employer branding initiatives such as recruitment campaigns, career fairs and candidate engagement activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Passion for talent development and recruitment
