Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes in coordination with hiring teams across different locations
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, contract renewals, and offboarding
• Review payroll outputs and verify attendance, leave, claims, and allowances
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and compliance requirements
• Manage foreign staff administration and ensure proper documentation and tracking
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR systems (HRMS) and employee records
• Coordinate training activities and track compliance requirements
• Handle employee queries and support basic employee relations matters
• Prepare HR reports and support internal initiatives such as engagement and process improvements
• Coordinate with external vendors and support overall HR operations

Job Requirements

• With 4 years of experience in HR operations
• Hands-on experience in payroll verification and HR processes
• Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and compliance
