We are hiring a Senior HR Partner (Southeast Asia) to support a leading global aviation business in Singapore. This is a true HR business partnering role in a complex, fast-moving matrixed multinational environment, covering Singapore and the broader SEA region.

You will work directly with senior leaders and regional HR leadership to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and enterprise HR initiatives across multiple entities.

📍 Role Snapshot

• Location: Central, 100% onsite (Singapore)
• Duration: 6-month contract (with possible conversion)
• Salary: Up to SGD 12,500/month (higher considered for exceptional candidates)
• Start Date: End June 2026 (subject to clearance)

🌏 Scope of Work

• Regional HR partnering across Singapore + Southeast Asia
• Supporting a workforce of ~300 employees (multiple entities)
• Driving HR strategy across performance, ER, leadership development, D&I, and workforce planning
• Leading and supporting cross-enterprise HR projects and change initiatives
• Working closely with regional HR teams and functional HR specialists (Rewards, Recruitment, Systems)
