Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Payroll administration;
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts;
  • Conduct orientation of new employees;
  • Apply, monitor, renew and cancel various work passes;
  • Apply for foreign workers’ security bond;
  • Administer terms and conditions of employment;
  • Compute and process staff’s salary using INFOTECH;
  • Generate payroll GL to Accounts department monthly;
  • Apply for, monitor, and renew or cancel factory licences where required;
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR and Admin Manager

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Human Resource Management, preference will be given to candidates with a degree;
  • Min. 5 years’ experience or more in the payroll processing via a software and familiarity with MOM Portal processes;
  • Prior experience working in the construction or precision engineering industry;
  • Pleasant personality, good communication skills, maturity, integrity, and the ability to interact with various levels of employees.
