We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager who is commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and excited to shape the future of finance through technology and AI.

You’ll partner closely with leadership, lead a high-performing team of four, and help drive strategic decisions across multiple markets and brands.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire

• Manage and develop a team of 4 finance professionals
• Coach and mentor team members to reach their potential
• Create a collaborative, high-performance culture

Business Partner

• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team
• Translate financial data into business insights
• Support expansion projects, new initiatives, and strategic planning

Drive Innovation

• Champion automation and AI-powered finance solutions
• Streamline reporting and eliminate manual processes
• Identify smarter ways of working across the business

Think Like an Entrepreneur

• Challenge existing processes
• Be comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Take ownership and make decisions with confidence

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 5-7 years of finance experience
• Has experience leading teams
• Is commercially minded, not just technically strong
• Loves solving problems and improving processes
• Is naturally curious and embraces new technology
• Is excited to learn and experiment with AI tools
• Enjoys working in a dynamic scale-up environment
• Is hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality or multi-site businesses
• Experience with business intelligence or automation platforms
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or finance automation software
• Experience supporting regional operations
