Position: Senior Financial Analyst

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the organization.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, scenario analysis, and valuations.
• Prepare detailed management reports, investor updates, and board presentations that provide actionable insights on financial performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to provide financial guidance andsupport for strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead the automation of financial systems and reportingtools.
• Conduct in-depth penetration analysis of financial statements and working capital to identify root causes ofvariances and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Assist the financial controller in establishing a comprehensive business analysis framework by performing multi-dimensional analysis on key products' revenue, production, and sales volumes. Compare results against budgets and performance targets, drill down into data to identify variance drivers, evaluate business impact and associated risks, and propose targeted operational improvement strategies.
• Prepare detailed cost analysis and inventory reports, tracing and analyzing product costs (materials, labor, and overhead), conducting workforce efficiency analysis, and performing granular analysis on intermediate products. Based on these insights, propose feasible cost control measures and provide decision-support recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA ishighly preferred.
• Typically require a minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, though specialist positions may seek up to 8 years.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are considered a significant advantage and are often required for senior roles.

Critical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive logical conclusions from complex and diverse data sources.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex financial information and influence non-financial partners effectively.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities is critical for success.
