• Execute façade design works.
• Organize, plan, and coordinate design activities to align with the construction schedule.
• Lead and manage team members professionally by allocating tasks, providing drafting guidelines, ensuring quality standards, enhancing productivity, and reviewing drawings and cutting list profiles.
• Ensure that designs, drawings, and all deliverables comply with required standards, specifications, and project scope.
• Identify additional works or variations and report them to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for processing and approval of variation orders.
• Coordinate effectively between the Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor, and other subcontractors.
• Support the site team in resolving on-site clashes.
• Actively participate in workshops, lead discussions, review, and provide feedback on shop drawings with respect to constructability, sequencing, and design quality.
• Manage the design change process to minimize impact on project schedules and control cost implications.
• Address and resolve unforeseen interface issues across different design phases.

Requirements

• Knowledge and skills in Revit and Rhino are advantage
• Preferable minimum 5 years working experience in façade design
