Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese (business level)
• Able to read and write in Japanese (business level)
• Experienced Japanese Izakaya Manager level and above with more than 10 years
• Experienced being in charge for setting up new Japanese restaurant with at least 3 outlets
• Basic knowledge of Japanese food / sake and their cooking methods
• Proficient in Microsoft (Office Excel and Word)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining restaurant business profit based on the company policy
• Providing staff training based on the company policy
• Scheduling and allocation of manpower
• Creating food menu with seasonal Japanese food
• Liaise with supplier in Japan for ordering Japanses seasonal item/ sakes / foods
• Cost calculation and sales promotion
• Designing and drawing of menu book
• Handling customer feedback and complaints
