Job Title: Senior Executive, Finance (AR&GL)

Job Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks such as handlingAR and GL functions. Duties include preparation of management reports, GSTreporting, interface reconciliations, and miscellaneous admin duties.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle partial of Accounts Receivable (AR) and full General Ledger (GL) functions.

· Preparation of management reports and financial statements.

· Perform bank reconciliations, GST reconciliations, audit schedule reconciliations, monthlyprovisions and accruals journals.

· Post general ledger journals, monthly provisions and accruals journals for the monthly closingprocess.

· Generate AR aging reports and SOAs

· Work with the team to follow up on the outstanding due from corporate clients/customers.

· Support AR executive in handling receipts

· Assist Finance Manager with the submission of GST returns.

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary on all statutory requirements.

· Respond to enquiries and ensure issues are addressed promptly.

· Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hocduties / tasks assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree / Professional Certification in Finance / Accountancy.

· ISCA / ACCA / CPA membership would be an advantage.

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, or 2 years of working experience with an audit firm. More experienced candidates will be considered for a more senior position.

· Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Meticulous and detail oriented at work.

. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance requirements.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
