Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive analysis of sales and transaction data to uncover customer behavior insights and category trends.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at boosting sales, customer trials, conversions, and loyalty.
• Identify and execute growth initiatives, focusing on search visibility, targeted offers, and campaigns across digital platforms.
• Generate post-campaign reports to analyze return on investment (ROI), derive key learnings, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee performance tracking to meet and exceed commercial targets for the digital segment.
• Manage allocated budget effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and e-commerce divisions to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant brand or marketing experience, particularly in e-commerce within the FMCG sector.
• Proven success in achieving commercial targets for an e-commerce business.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with media or creative agencies is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and resilient with the ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions and effective negotiation across teams.
