Senior Executive, Corporate Secretarial
Job Description
The Corporate Secretarial Senior Executive will assist in handling a portfolio of Singapore incorporated companies and ensure that all corporate company secretarial matters of our clients are handled in an efficient, timely and orderly manner.
Key responsibilities
· Assist in providing corporate secretarial services to a range of clients;
· Handle full set of corporate secretarial documents including company incorporations, registration of foreign
branches, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going
corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, etc.;
· Communicate with clients independently;
· To ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/returns to ACRA;
· Regular maintenance of the clients statutory books;
· Monitor all corporate secretarial related matters to ensure all compliance timelines are met;
· Undertake ad-hoc corporate secretarial tasks assigned by Supervisor;
· Ensure corporate governance best practices and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and KYC
requirements.
Job Specific Requirements
· Minimum Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree holder.
Having a qualification from the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) or a similar qualification
recognized in Singapore is preferred.
· Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm;
· Good computer skills, with familiarity in Work Pass application, VCC, and XBRL as an advantage;
· Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
· Independent and able to work under deadlines.
