Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is a hands-on role that combines end-to-end recruitment with HR operations and employee lifecycle management. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of building and improving HR processes while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle across corporate, operations, technical, and seasonal hiring needs.
  • Source and attract talent through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, background checks, orientation, and employee set-up.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR system administration and process improvements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries relating to HR policies, leave, benefits, and employment matters.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Assist in HR projects, process enhancements, and initiatives that support organisational growth and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, including the Employment Act, CPF regulations, and fair employment practices.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Information Systems (HRIS), and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
